Raised in the Bay Area, shaped by a mixed Filipino, Black and Hispanic heritage, I take inspiration from travels and explorations of California, Mexico, South East Asia, Spain and Italy. I create culinary experiences of authentic intentional fusions of food, drinks and ambiance. Delightful cocktails, combinations and conversation create a unique private dining event.
